Connect to external apps
Once your organization admin has setup connectors, you may have to connect your Atlassian account to access these apps before Rovo will show content from them. This is required to make sure you only see results you have access to.
You might not have to do these steps if you've previously connected your Atlassian account with the
app (for example, through a Smart Link).
Connect to an external app
To connect your Atlassian account to an app:
Go to Confluence and type in any search topic in the search bar.
On the right side, select the app (for example, Google Drive), then select Connect.
Step through logging in and granting access from the app.
You can always see or remove access in your Atlassian Account.
How Rovo shows Smart Link results
Some apps like Figma show up in Search based on Smart Links you’ve seen in other Atlassian apps. This means you may see different Smart Link results from your teammate, even though you may have access to the same content.
For more details, including a list of apps that have searchable Smart Links, see Search with Smart Links.
Retrieving your data from Google
