Activate a policy
We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through an open beta program.
Backup and restore isn’t available in the Atlassian Government environment.
After assigning the app, setting the schedule, and selecting a storage, you need to activate the backup policy to start running backups.
To activate the policy:
Assign an app to the policy.
Include or exclude any entities depending on your need.
Set a schedule.
Select a storage.
Select Activate policy.
You can view the policy and its details in the Backup policy tab.
